Obituary of Gosse Rienstra

At Strathmere Lodge on Tuesday, September 11, 2007, Gosse "Gus" Rienstra of Strathroy in his 85 th. year. Gus was predeceased by his father Tetje Rienstra, his mother Trintje Rienstra (nee Boostma) and his brother Frank Rienstra all of Holland. Dear uncle of Louis Godshalk and family and brother-in-law of Arjanne Rienstra all of The Netherlands. Gus will be fondly remembered by his close friends Liz & Rob Grimster of Strathroy and Helen MacLean of Kippen. Visitation will be held in the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Thursday, September 13, 2007 from 7:00- 9:00 P.M. where the funeral service will be held on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 3:30 P.M. with visitation one hour prior. Dr. Brian McKenzie & Major Ed Hayden officiating. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Salvation Army or the First Baptist Church of Strathroy would be appreciated. Gus had dedicated his life to serving God through the Salvation Army in Strathroy
